HouseThirteen Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the site and purchase of goods and services from the site. Please note that when purchasing items from HouseThirteen you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. HouseThirteen reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect of the moment they are posted on the website.
All orders are subject to availability.
All orders will be sent from the HouseThirteen headquarters in the UK, using standard shipping with a tracking service. All items will be dispatched within 2 working days after receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. We will email you confirmation of your purchase along with your tracking number so you can track your item on its journey.
£5 flat fee for all domestic orders. Packages will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For service, which will be tracked and will require a signature. Delivery will take 2-5 working days.
£10 flat fee for all orders. Packages will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked service, which will require a signature. Delivery will take 3-5 working days for countries in Western Europe, and 5-7 days for the rest of the world after dispatch.
All time-frames should be used as a guideline only, as we cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered within these parameters. If you need to receive your items sooner, please email us at Hello@HouseThirteenDesigns.com to find out information about express delivery options. Once your item has been dispatched from HouseThirteen, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. HouseThirteen does not take responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen packages after dispatch.
The recipient is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. This will be determined by each country’s custom policies, and a fee may be required to release your package. HouseThirteen will not be held liable for any additional fees or taxes you may incur at customs whilst your package in en-route to you. We suggest that you become familiar with your country’s import duty, customs and local sales tax before placing your order to avoid any confusion.
Refunds: We hope you are happy with your HouseThirteen purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your item in its unused condition, complete with its original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Returns will then be reviewed and a full refund issued to successful returns, minus any initial shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the return postage of unwanted items. HouseThirteen is unable to process refunds for items that do not reach us safely. We highly recommend using a safe trackable mailing service to minimise the likelihood of loss or damage of the package in transit.
Please contact us at Hello@HouseThirteenDesigns.com to request a refund, and we will provide you with further information to make your return. For hygienic reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Faulty & Incorrect Items: If you deem an item to be faulty or incorrect on arrival, please contact us at Hello@HouseThirteenDesigns.com with the details within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the item we will happily replace it, or refund the cost if the item is no longer in stock. We will also reimburse any return postage costs if you are able to provide a postage receipt.
Exchanges: HouseThirteen does not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to request a full refund and then purchase your preferred item separately.
Sale Items: All Sale items are non-returnable.
At HouseThirteen we respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party, other company or individual unless it is part of our service, or unless we are required to by the Law. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information that we collect from you will be voluntarily offered (for example through forms and emails). All this data will be treated in confidence and will only be used for the purpose that it is intended. Your email address may be added to our mailing list, however you can unsubscribe to correspondence at any time. Any financial details given to us directly or sent via the website will not be stored or collected. All payments online are taken through a secure online booking system.
